- 02:10 — Shared-stash race nearly cost two agent lanes their WIP (feat-prefer-pool-routing worktree): used
git stash push + git stash pop in one compound command; a concurrent session pushed between the two, so MY pop consumed THEIR entry and applied unrelated UI edits into my tree while my routing diff vanished. Recovered both sides via git fsck --unreachable --no-reflogs (dropped-stash commits stay reachable: index commit → parent scan finds the stash merge commit, git checkout <sha> -- <paths> restores). Lesson: the AGENTS.md rule "never bare stash/pop" applies even to push+pop pairs in a single command — the stack is live-shared; only tag-and-apply-by-SHA is safe. Also: whole-tree tsc --noEmit gets SIGTERM'd (OOM) on the 15GB box when several agent sessions run concurrently — cap heap (NODE_OPTIONS=--max-old-space-size=2560) or scope typecheck; fresh-worktree tsc errors about missing @anyrouter/i18n/runtime etc. are pre-existing codegen gaps, not yours.
